Family, secrets, dragons.

Kaida rides one of the great dragons of Dargyn, but being draakin isn't what it once was. Being looked down upon and pushed aside, she quietly harbours resentment she doesn't dare to act upon. When her son Daven returns to the Dragonhall after surviving an explosion, she wonders if this is the start of change. Maybe not for the better.
Meanwhile, bard Brish stumbles onto a secret plot which could destroy them all.
